How to Request a Refund, Return, or Support Review on eBuy

There is no single “dispute button” for every case

eBuy uses a combination of refund requests, return requests, and support tickets. The actions you see depend on the order’s current status.

Common order actions

  • Refund request for eligible paid orders within the configured refund window
  • Return request when that order has an active return window
  • Support ticket for investigation, attachments, replies, and escalations
Step 1: Open Buyer Dashboard → Orders → select the order.
Step 2: Review the order details page for available actions and any active return window or refund state.
Step 3: Submit the request with clear notes and any supporting files.
Step 4: Follow replies inside the ticket or order workflow until the review is completed.

What the system checks

  • Whether the order is paid
  • Whether a refund request already exists
  • Whether the return window is active for that order
  • Whether support needs more evidence from buyer or seller
The order details page is the source of truth for your next available action. Not every order supports every path at every stage.
