Where to see payouts
The seller payouts page shows your payout records, filters for pending and paid items, and summary totals for pending, paid, and failed amounts.
How payout eligibility is evaluated
- Seller KYC must be approved before payouts can be processed
- Payment must be captured
- Delivery must be cleared through the order state
- The order cannot be cancelled or refunded
- No blocking refund, return, or dispute state can be active
- The return window must be closed
- The payout wait window must have passed
Profile setup still matters
Approved seller verification opens payout workflows, but you should also keep your payout profile details accurate. Bank or UPI details and preferred payout method belong in your seller profile and can affect final processing.
How the amount is calculated
Net payout is calculated from the order amount after marketplace commission and payment-gateway fees are applied. The exact rates come from platform settings and may change over time.
Common payout statuses
- Eligible
- Pending
- Processing / in progress
- Paid
- Failed / rejected / cancelled
Warning: A delivered order is not automatically ready for payout if a return window, refund review, or dispute block is still active.
