Not every seller restriction means suspension
eBuy uses different operational states for different problems. Some limits relate to seller verification, while others relate to listing quality, support risk, or marketplace enforcement.
Common scenarios
- Verification submitted — seller tools are still waiting on KYC review
- Verification rejected — corrections or a resubmission are needed before approval
- Verification on hold — the case may need more information or support follow-up
- Listing or selling restrictions — some marketplace actions may be limited after policy or risk review
- Payout hold — payout processing can pause while a refund, return, dispute, chargeback, or compliance issue is reviewed
What to do next
Step 1: Check your seller status screen, seller profile, payout history, and any visible support or order notes.
Step 2: If you were asked to correct KYC or profile information, do that through the official seller flow.
Step 3: If the restriction is not self-serve, contact support through the official channel and include the affected order, listing, or payout reference.
Warning: eBuy may limit listings, sales, messages, or payouts without publishing every internal review detail to other users.
Seller access, restrictions, and reinstatement are governed by platform policy, risk controls, and manual administrative review.
