Start with the order ticket or support email. A formal grievance uses the same channel, with your case reference.

Give it two working days. If an order is affected and you still hear nothing, raise a support ticket from that order.

Raise a support ticket from the order before marking it Received, and ask the community for a second opinion with clear photos.
