Your payout is released after all of these are true:
- Your seller KYC is approved
- The buyer's payment was captured
- The buyer has confirmed delivery
- The order is not cancelled or refunded
- No refund, return, or dispute is open on it
- The return window has closed
- The payout waiting period has passed
A delivered order is not automatically ready to pay out. If a return window is still open, the money stays held.
Where to check
Seller → Payouts shows every payout, its status, and totals for pending, paid, and failed amounts.
What the statuses mean
- Eligible — all conditions met, waiting to be processed
- Pending or Processing — on its way
- Paid — sent to your bank account
- Failed — usually wrong bank details; check and correct them
What you actually receive
Everything the buyer paid, including the shipping, minus the 5% platform fee on the item price and the payment gateway fee. The fees article shows a worked example. Keep your bank details current in your seller profile, because a payout cannot reach an account with a wrong IFSC or account number.
Payouts are sent by hand to the bank account or UPI ID you gave during registration, so make sure those details are the ones you actually use.
Bank account names must match the name on your KYC. A payout cannot be sent to somebody else's account.
