What you are seeing
The order has sat at the same status for days, or tracking has stopped updating.
Why it happens
It depends where it is stuck, and the two cases are completely different.
- Stuck at Paid or Processing — the seller has not posted it yet. Sellers are expected to post within two working days
- Stuck at Shipped — it is with the courier. India Post tracking in particular can go quiet for days on longer routes and to smaller PIN codes
How to fix it
Step 1: Open the order and see which status it is at.
Step 2: Still at Paid or Processing after two working days? Message the seller on the order and ask when they are posting it.
Step 3: At Shipped? Follow the tracking link. If it has not moved for several days, raise a support ticket from the order page.
Step 4: Showing Delivered but nothing arrived? Check with others at your address and your building security first, then raise a ticket the same day.
How long it should take
- Posting: within 2 working days of the order
- Delivery: usually 3 to 7 working days within India, longer to remote PIN codes
- Monsoon season and festival weeks add delays across every courier
Do not mark the order Received to be helpful while you wait. That releases your money to the seller and leaves you with nothing to fall back on.
If it is still not resolved
Raise a ticket from the order page. Support sees the tracking, the payment, and the seller's side together, which is why a ticket from the order works better than an email.
