Not allowed
- Counterfeit, forged, stolen, or illegal items
- Anything you do not own or are not allowed to sell
- Photos taken from the internet, social media, or another seller's listing
- Replicas or reproductions not clearly described as such
- Descriptions that leave out something a buyer would want to know
Category rules on top
Some categories have extra requirements or need expert handling. Meeting the general rules does not guarantee approval in every category.
Expert review does not transfer responsibility. The seller remains responsible for owning the item, for it being legal to sell, and for the listing being truthful.
What happens if you break these
The listing is removed. Depending on what happened, selling may be restricted, the account may be actioned, and serious cases can go further.
If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask support before listing it. That is much easier than dealing with a removal afterwards.
