You set the shipping charge and the carrier on each listing. Buyers see the charge before they add the item to their cart, and it is added to their total at checkout.
What you enter
- Shipping charge in rupees, up to ₹1,000, with at most two decimal places. Enter 0 to offer free shipping
- Carrier, the courier you will use to post it
Open the listing from Seller → Listings.
Update the shipping charge and carrier, then save.
The charge is passed on to you
The shipping the buyer paid comes to you as part of your payout, because you are the one paying the courier. Set it to cover the real cost, including packing.
When you cannot change it
Shipping details are locked while the item is reserved by a buyer who is paying, and once an order exists. This stops the price changing under someone mid-checkout. If it is locked and you think the amount is wrong, raise a ticket from the order.
Does a buyer pay shipping twice if they buy two of my items?
Yes. Each listing keeps its own charge. There is no combined shipping discount, so consider that when you set a charge on small items.
