Use the draft-first workflow
eBuy allows sellers to start a listing as a draft before seller verification is fully approved. Draft mode is the safest place to build the title, category, attributes, images, and shipping details.
What a strong listing includes
- A clear, accurate title
- The correct taxonomy category
- Original listing photos
- Complete condition and attribute details
- Correct shipping cost selection
- Optional video where supported in the seller flow
Step 1: Create the draft and choose the closest matching category.
Step 2: Add original images and fill in the required listing attributes carefully.
Step 3: Preview the listing, then submit it for expert review when ready.
Warning: Once a listing is expert-approved, the seller editing flow becomes restricted. Get the details right before final approval.
