What you are seeing
Your listing is not visible to buyers. It either says it is under review, or it came back rejected.
Why it happens
Every listing is checked by a reviewer before it goes live. Nothing is wrong just because it is waiting. Your listing needs both approvals before buyers see it: the expert review of the item and category, and the listing approval itself.
The four common rejection reasons
- Photos not clear enough — blurred, too dark, flash glare, or missing the back of the item. A buyer must be able to judge condition from your photos alone
- Wrong category — too broad, or the attribute fields do not match the item
- Grading does not match the photos — the description says EF and the photos show VF wear
- Description leaves out a flaw — visible in the photo but not mentioned
How to fix it
Step 1: Open the listing in Seller → Items and read the reviewer's note. It names what needs changing.
Step 2: If you were asked to re-upload images, do it through the request on the listing rather than starting a new listing.
Step 3: Fix that specific thing and resubmit.
How long it should take
Review is usually completed within one working day. Resubmissions go back into the same queue, so fixing everything at once is faster than sending it back twice.
Do not create a duplicate listing because the first is waiting. Duplicates are rejected and they slow down the queue for everyone.
If it is still not resolved
If your listing has been waiting well beyond a working day, or you cannot tell what the note is asking for, raise a support ticket with the listing reference.
