There is no way to mark a listing as sold by hand. The sold status is set only when an order on eBuy is completed. This keeps the record honest for buyers and for you.
If the item sold on eBuy
Nothing to do. Once a buyer pays, the item is taken off sale and the order appears under Seller → Orders.
If you sold it somewhere else, or no longer have it
Delete the listing from Seller → Listings so nobody pays for something you cannot send.
- A listing that went through expert review asks you for a reason: sold elsewhere, unavailable, or other. If you choose other, add a short note
- If the listing has a review settlement recorded against it, deletion is blocked. Contact support
When a listing cannot be deleted
A listing that has already sold, or that has an order against it, cannot be deleted. The order record has to stay.
Leaving a listing live after the item has gone can lead to an order you cannot fulfil. Remove it as soon as you know.
