Step 1: Start a draft listing. No approval is needed to save a draft, so you can do this today.
Step 2: Complete seller KYC with your PAN and Aadhaar.
Step 3: Wait for approval. Check your seller status page for the result.
Step 4: Submit your saved draft for review. Once it passes, it goes live.

Two things people get wrong
Creating an account is not the same as being a seller. Anyone can open an eBuy account. Selling needs identity verification on top.
KYC approval is not the same as listing approval. Once you are verified, each listing is still checked before it goes live.
Doing steps 1 and 2 at the same time is the fastest route. Your drafts are ready to submit the moment your verification comes through.
