eBuy can review orders, payments, shipment issues, and support evidence only when the transaction stays inside the platform. That includes checkout, order tracking, support tickets, and official communication flows.
What to avoid
- Paying by direct UPI, bank transfer, or payment link shared outside eBuy checkout
- Moving the deal to WhatsApp, Telegram, calls, or social media to finish the sale
- Sharing phone numbers, email addresses, or private contact details to bypass the platform
- Agreeing to off-platform shipping, side refunds, or private replacements without platform review
Warning: Transactions completed outside eBuy are outside buyer protection, payment review, and dispute handling.
