Buying takes four steps: find it, pay for it, track it, confirm it.
Step 1: Search or browse by category. Open the listing and read the condition notes and photos properly.
Step 2: Pay through eBuy checkout. Your money is held, not sent to the seller.
Step 3: Track the parcel from Buyer → Orders once the seller ships it.
Step 4: Open the parcel, check the item, then mark the order Received. Only then is the seller paid.
Before you pay
- Read the condition grade, not just the photos
- Check the seller's profile and reviews
- If you are not ready to buy, save the item to your wishlist
- Ask questions in the community if you want a second opinion on an item
The one rule that matters
Pay through eBuy. If a seller offers you a discount for paying by UPI or bank transfer directly, that discount costs you every protection you have. eBuy cannot refund money that never went through eBuy.
Do not mark an order Received before you have the item in your hands and have checked it. That step releases the money to the seller and cannot be undone.
