You can review a seller once your order with them is complete. Reviews are tied to real orders, so nobody can leave feedback for a purchase that never happened.
Step 1: Open the completed order from Buyer → Orders.
Step 2: Give a rating from 1 to 5.
Step 3: Add a short comment if you want to, then submit.
Why the review option may not appear
- The order is not complete yet
- You have already reviewed that order
- Your email address is not verified
What makes a review useful
Write what actually happened: how the item compared to the listing, how it was packed, how quickly it was posted. Other collectors read reviews to judge whether a seller's grading can be trusted, and that is the most useful thing you can tell them.
Comments can be held for review if they are flagged by content filters. Keep feedback factual and about the transaction.
