There are two email verification flows
During registration, eBuy may send a one-time code to prove the email belongs to you before the account is created. After login, eBuy may show a verify-email prompt and send a verification link to the address on your account.
Both flows do the same job: they prove you control the email address on the account.
If you are registering
Step 1: Enter your email address on the registration form.
Step 2: Use the send-code action and wait for the email code.
Step 3: Type the code into the registration form. Do not paste a code someone else sent you.
Step 4: Continue registration only after the form confirms the email is verified.
If you already have an account
Step 1: Sign in and open the verify-email prompt if eBuy shows one.
Step 2: Use Resend verification email if the earlier link expired or never arrived.
Step 3: Open the newest email from eBuy and click the verification link.
Step 4: Return to eBuy and continue the action that was blocked.
Why the email may not arrive
- The address was typed incorrectly
- The email is in spam, promotions, or updates
- You requested too many codes or links too quickly and hit the resend limit
- You are opening an old link after requesting a newer one
What verification unlocks
Some actions stay blocked until email verification is done, including parts of buying, reviews, profile completion, and account-sensitive actions. If you signed in with Google, your email is normally treated as verified through Google.
Never forward a verification link or read out an email code to another person. eBuy support does not need your code to help you.
