What you are seeing
You submitted PAN and Aadhaar, and the result came back rejected.
Why it happens
A rejection is nearly always about the submission, not about you. The three reasons below cover almost all of them.
The three reasons
- The document photo cannot be read — blurred, cropped corners, flash glare across the numbers, or a finger over part of the card. This is the most common by a wide margin
- The names do not match — the name on your PAN and the name on your Aadhaar have to match. Extra spaces are fine. A different spelling, a missing surname, or a maiden name is not
- Bank details are wrong — one wrong digit in the account number or the IFSC fails the check
How to fix it
Step 1: Read the rejection email. It names which of these it was.
Step 2: Reshoot the document if that was the problem. Daylight, flat on a table, all four corners in frame, no flash.
Step 3: If the names differ, use the name exactly as printed on your PAN card.
Step 4: Resubmit through the same KYC form.
Do not open a second account to try again. It will not be reviewed any faster, and duplicate accounts cause problems of their own.
How long it should take
Review takes 1 to 3 working days, and a resubmission takes the same again. You can keep building draft listings throughout.
If it is still not resolved
If you have been rejected twice and cannot see why, email support@ebuy.store from your registered address. Do not attach your documents to that email. Support will tell you what is wrong and you resubmit through the form.
