Help Center / My account
My account
Creating an account, signing in, KYC verification, notifications, and closing your account.
How do I create an account?
Register with an email address and password, a one-time code, or Google. Verify your email to unlock buying and reviews.
Where do I find my messages on eBuy?
Open Messages. Order chats and messages from eBuy sit together there, with tabs and search to find them.
How do I verify my email address?
Use the code during registration, or resend the verification email after login. Some buying, review, and account actions stay blocked until email verification is complete.
I cannot sign in. What do I do?
Reset your password from the login page, or use a one-time code. Do not create a second account, because it cannot inherit your history.
How do I change my notification settings?
Two master switches for email and on-site alerts, plus per-topic controls. Sellers get payout and KYC alerts on top.
How do I delete my account?
Buyers delete from their profile by typing DELETE. Seller closure is blocked while listings, orders, or payouts are still open.
Why was my KYC rejected?
Nearly always an unreadable document photo, a name that does not match, or a wrong digit in an ID number. Fix and resubmit on the same form.
My account is restricted or suspended. How do I appeal?
The email you received names the reason and usually one specific step. Most restrictions lift once that step is done.
How do I complete KYC verification?
Fill in your details, give your PAN, and upload one photo ID. Review usually takes 1 to 3 working days.
What does eBuy do with my KYC documents?
Documents are visible only to the compliance and support teams. Buyers never see them, and they are never shared for marketing.
What is KYC and why does eBuy need it?
KYC is identity verification for sellers. It is needed because eBuy sends real money to sellers, and buyers need to know who they are dealing with.
