Seller order cancellation, refunds, and return reviews Cancel from Seller Orders with a reason, refund only after cancellation, and review return items with evidence when the buyer sends something back. Why is my listing still under review or rejected? Every listing is checked before it goes live, usually within a working day. Rejections are almost always photos, category, or grading. How do I manage my seller account? Update your profile from the Seller section and add your payout details after approval. Saved payout details are locked, so contact seller support to change them. What makes a listing sell faster? Complete photos, the right category, honest grading, and a title with the facts buyers actually search for. What can I not sell on eBuy? Counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items, anything you do not own, undisclosed replicas, and listings using photos that are not yours. How should I pack a collectible? The item must not move, bend, or get wet. Rigid packing for coins, notes, and slabs, never a soft envelope on its own. Why is my seller access limited? Limits come from verification, policy, or risk review, and they are not all the same thing. The email you received names the reason. What does my seller verification status mean?
